All babies run their eyes with their hands (specially when they're sleepy). Every time I used it with our nine month old, and she would rub her eyes, she would cry and her eyes would water. Even when I used it once on my face my eyes would water excessively for 1-2 hours. Why would they sell this product to anyone without testing this basic aspect of the product!!!
