Comment: very innovative idea that actually works. I'm 48 and was still having break-outs, this device stops them in their tracks; before they have a chance to actually develop. I would highly recommend it. when I purchased mine the MD version was not available. I would recommend it became it holds a higher number of "applications"; other than that, the Zeno Pro is great - you are just limited to 90 treatments on your replacement cartrige.
