Comment: I ordered this just about 4 days before Christmas for my husband after another website had cancelled my order because there was a flaw with the same one I order from them. Somehow this one was delivered on Christmas Eve! So the shipping was fast!! Also my husband absolutely loves it! He said that I couldn't have randomly picked a better razor if I tried. He gets a close clean quick shave with it! With no skin irritation at all. Enough said. I am very happy with the razor and with Amazon.com.

Comment: Got mine as XMAS gift 2005, in less than a year the silver paint on the razor head began to fade off. Ordered another from Remington with the correct part number and they sent me a bronze color razor head for my silver shaver. Called customer service and made lame excuse asking me to go to return it for a refund. Return postage would have cost more than the part. BUY NORELCO.

Comment: This unit is disposable. The NiCad batteries wouldn't hold a charge after about 1.5 years, and were not designed to be serviceable. When it did work, it worked well. Basic, no whistles or bells, but over priced given it's longevity.
