Comment: this product works after taking it for 30 days. Unfortunately I had a reaction to it and had to stop taking it. Maybe a lesser dose would work much better.

Summary: Wonderful Pills.
Comment: Since my dermatologist got me on Acutane, wich is an acne medication very heavy on your liver, I decided to get myself on Alpha Lipoic Acid as well.
I've been on Acutane it's been 10 months and my blood has been tested often. My doctor is impressed that my liver is doing so great.
In a few more days my refil of Acutane will be over but I'll continue taking Alpha Lipoic Acid pills.
