Summary: The Gold Standard
Comment: I am a chiropractor and I have a cervical disc bulge. At times it has been almost unbearable; neck and upper back pain, radiating pain down the arm, numbness and tingling in the fingers and hand. The problem has persisted for over five years and I have tried many therapies including some of the cheaper home traction units. The only thing that seemed to help was chiropractic manipulation and deep tissue massage...until now.

After three weeks of using this unit, I was pain free. It is now four months later and I still feel great. If I feel a twinge coming on, I use the unit and presto, no more discomfort.

Do not be fooled by the cheaper devices...they just don't work. If you have access to e-stim and ultrasound it will certainly benefit. However, this unit is the core of the therapy.

Summary: Read the Return Policy Carefully!!!
Comment: I have no complaints about how the device functions, but had wished to return it. However, after reading the return policy, I realized that would not be possible. The company provides you with a mere 10 days from the date THEY ship the product for you to make a judgement on whether or not you want to keep the unit. I had used it only twice in 12 days of receiving it, and was shocked to see that if I returned it at that time, I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee - plus, you have ONLY 20 days (And again, from THEIR ship date) to assess the product under those terms. At that point, you own the device. Hopefully, I have no issues w/ the unit as the return policy makes me very leary of the supposed 5 year warranty.
