A tissue would be just as effective. Comment: I have used a total of five packages of these so called all night underwear. My six year old and my seven year old have both worn them. We have had a total of ONE night in which ONE child did not end up soaking wet...the bed, their pajamas, everything. I gave it more than a fair go (in case one package was defective or something) but have seen that it is simply that these are not nearly absorbent enough to last all night. A HUGE disappointment!
