Comment: A friend of ours allowed us to sample the tasty pancakes from Pamela's. Ooooooooh boy! We dug 'em. We dug 'em so much we asked where she bought the mix from. We dug 'em so much we did research to find out if it was cheaper to buy it at our local co-op. Nope. So we signed on and bought the mix. We dig it so much we use it all the time! It also makes great biscuits. We haven't tried any of the other recipes on the back of the bag because we're so hooked on the pancakes and the biscuits. I'm sure we'll get around to trying them sooner or later...first we need to make some pancakes though.

Summary: The BEST pancakes and easy too!
Comment: This mix makes the BEST pancakes, GF or not! I don't buy any other kind any more because the whole family likes Pamela's so much. I have to triple the recipe because everyone comes along and starts eating them as soon as I get them off the griddle. When there are leftovers, they taste good re-heated but I will often eat a cold one while waiting for the ones in the microwave. They taste so good, I usually don't even use butter on them, just some syrup and a little honey.
There are other recipes on the bag, but so far I have not tried any. After reading some of the other reviews I think I just might try the scones or cookies recipes soon. ;-)
The large 3-bag case is a more economical option than most, though the 6-bag case is priced fair too.
I definitly recommend this product for anyone following the gluten free diet or not!
