Summary: It's cinnamon, I hope, but it's sure not 1000mg capsules
Comment: It appears to be high quality cinnamon (but how could I tell without having a testing lab at my disposal?), but don't let the 1000mg fool you. As seems to be popular in this industry right now, the 1000mg is the "serving size" which is actually 2 capsules. So while the bottle contains 100 capsules, it only contains 50 1000mg "servings". No where on the label other than on the nutrition information panel does it even hint at that. When someone's that deceptive in their labeling, makes me wonder how much integrity goes into the contents.
