Customer Rating: Summary: I'm a fan Comment: If you even know what L-Citrulline is, you probably know what it does. If not, just do a search on it and how it pertains to the urea cycle. I generally take a half-dose on rest days and a full dose (or more spanned out before and after my routine) on days when I work out. I'm not going to say it's worked miracles for me, but I can say that it does help sustain energy during workouts and helps with the immune system.
Some people may have heard that it works with ED problems. I can say that I have noticed an added boost, particularly when taking larger doses. I'm sure that exercise is part of the equation, but the Citrulline doesn't hurt.
Other supplements I take regularly include a B-complex, Zinc, and a Vitamin C & E combo. I also occasionally take L-Arginine, Spirulina, a liquid amino acid complex, and a Calcium supplement. You should try to get most of your nutrition from food, but the supplements help out.
