Summary: Not too bad...
Comment: I purchased this item because I couldn't afford a bubble spa bath mat, which I really wanted.
I have Fibro and sometimes the only least bit of relief I get is from soaking in the bath tub. I have found though, that the tub is so hard, it really hurts my body too. But, I purchased this item, and when it came today, I tried it out right away. I've already used it 3 times! (Yeah, all in one day.)
I do experience some trouble with the suction cups not wanting to stay towards the deepest part of the tub. - But for under $20 it is well worth the money.

Comment: This bath mat is a great disappointment. The suction cups do not stick without MUCH effort, and then it is still doubtful that they will stay. The pillow is smaller than I would like. It is soft however.
