Comment: My order of Alpha Lipoic Acid arrived in a timely manner. It is difficult to access the efficacy of a product like this. It seems to be helping keep my blood sugar numbers down. I would recommend this product to people who are having blood sugar problems. It also seems to help a little with weight control, though I'm not really sure how.
