Comment: My order arrived in a cardbox. Inside the glass jars are broken and damaged.
I bought many items from Amazon, most them are books, which arrived well protected 99% of the time. This time, it is glass jars and they were packed improperly, definitely a lot worse than how the books were packed. The cardbox hoding the glass jars is five bigger than all the 5 jars added together, and there is only piece of thin plastic in the box (you could think of 1/2 of a Von shopping bag with five glass jars inside a big box; the jars must have flown all over and knocked one another during shipmment.)

Amazon Customer Service says will sent me replacment soon, but it says has no way to talk directly to the packing group. I am waiting for the replacement and wondering if the glass will arrive in one piece.

Comment: Item was packed in box so badly that 3 of five bottles were busted, and I've had no other avenue of complaining about this because I refused the package. The Post Office wouldn't even deliver it because there was dust (spice) all over the outside of the box. I had to go to the post office to find out what they wouldn't deliver. I WISH AMAZON WOULD SEND ME MORE, AND PACKAGED CORRECTLY. I paid for a good product, and still don't have it in my hands one month later.

Summary: Tastes Turmerec-y
Comment: I'm afraid I don't know how to be particularly helpful in this review. I mean, I'm reviewing turmeric. The long and short of any positive review, I imagine then, is "The product tastes like turmeric," which this does. The flavor comes through clearly without any interfering flavors. It also tastes fresh. My only complaint, which isn't really a complaint, was I didn't really pay attention to the product dimensions, so now I have more turmeric than I know how to use. It's tasty, though, so I'm sure I'll figure out something. Also, it's hardly a negative that I got so much for the price.

Quick note: It's probably worth mentioning that they come in glass containers. Mine arrived from Amazon with nary a crack, but if that sort of thing concerns you, take note.

Comment: I buy a lot of my organic spices and herbs from this line (Simply Organic), as well as one other. I love them all. Good product. Buy from a distributor who will pack properly, container is glass.
