Comment: My children are adopted. When my youngest came she had these terrible tantrums I thought would never end. I read every parenting book I could and worked very diligently with her. As she entered school she learned to control herself for longer periods. With each passing year I kept seeing significant improvement so I thought she'ld be o.k. However, when she entered the 4th grade her behavior rapidly regressed as the school year progressed and became more intense. Her tantrums erupted again frequently over nothing and were explosive and scary. To make a long story short, she was diagnosed with ADD. Because I didn't know her biological family's medical history and all the side effects of the prescription ADD medication frightened me, we tried the Bright Spark. I give her the Bright Spark as prescribed on the bottle and 1 5-HTP (calming affect) in the AM and 1 before bed as she never has slept well. What a difference. Of course we still have to make sure she doesn't eat much sugar and does eat plenty of protein and get plenty of rest. It's like night and day for her! She's a happy little person again. We are finally a more normal family after all these years!!

Summary: Amazed with its results
Comment: My son has had attention problems ever since he has been in school. It was not severe enough to influence his grades but was not completing assignments at school, had trouble concentrating while doing homework etc.
I had no desire to put him on drugs because of its major side-effects so I began looking for natural ways.
He has been on BrightSpark for 3 months now. His teachers are amazed at the change(so am I). He is able to complete a thought, finish his work... he is also making more friends in his class.
I would recommend to start out with the Focus drops along side BrightSpark... I think it gives it a boost(My son took both for 1 month).

Comment: We used Bright Spark along with the Focus and did not see any changes in activity level or focus. Tried both products for a little over two months and could not tell any difference.
