Comment: this is what I'd been looking for - a primer for eye and lip makeup. Makes lipstick stay on, and helps it look like the color in the tube; for eyes, it brightens the lids and resurfaces in preparation for the color.

Comment: First of all there is nothing like this on the maketplace that I know of. It keeps your lipliner and lipstick in place and lasts all day, honestly!
