Customer Reviews:
Customer Rating: Summary: Good cooking oil if it arrives intact. Comment: Although this is a very good oil for everyday cooking use, and Amazon sells it at a very reasonable price, they apparently never read these reviews. People say over and over that this product should be packed more carefully and yet when the item shipped to me(with a $170 textbook in the same box)there were a couple loose "air pillows" put in alongside the tins, not wedging them tightly, and, consequently, allowing them to roll around in shipping. Fortunately the tins arrived badly dented but leak-free.
Now that I've had my rant, the oil itself is a little on the flat side for uses other than cooking, so I use a better oil in vinagrettes or salsas. But for cooking, it is great, affordable, and does not transmit any unusual tastes to the food cooking. I will continue to purchase the Zoe product and hope that Amazon can learn how to ship it safely. Customer Rating: Summary: Zoe is the best! Comment: I like this olive oil a lot. I use it for cooking, finishing and at the moment, I'm making tons of pesto. Delicious!

We look forward to doing business with you for years to come. Customer Rating: Summary: The choice for cooking Comment: This olive oil is my first choice for cooking. It has a great, clean flavor and some subtlety (I'd call it floral). I admit, I don't use it for salads or dipping. For those purposes I want more character, so I keep a couple smaller bottles around (currently, I'm loving Yellingbo, an Australian oil with an interesting kiwi flavor). But for cooking, odd or bright flavors can be distracting. Zoe is good but never detracts from my dishes.
At Amazon's price, you won't find a better value. Zoe costs less per liter than many oils that don't approach it's quality. Customer Rating: Summary: Its better than most supermarket EVOO Comment: I use this oil for cooking and marinading. I use a better oil for salads.
Its a much better oil than the same price supermarket brands I have tried.
I like it and recommend it to my friends. Most of them use it for everything.
