Comment: the guitar was a lot smaller than expected and it will not hold a tune... you can not tighten the strings... bought for my neices birthday and i will say it was very disappointing...

Summary: Great target of affinity, but does not hold a tune
Comment: My non-musically inclined 9 year old loves this thing. It is light and looks great. It will not hold a tune. The tuning keys are a friction fit nylon post inside a stamped metal bushing, and there is not enough resistance to hold the tension from the strings. So, it permanently sounds terrible. This was not the intent, as the item description made it sound as though it would play like a real instrument.
