Summary: Works great supplementing diet and exercise, but no miracle
Comment: I recommend this product, and here's my experience:

I have been dieting and exercising since January, and have been losing 6-7lbs a month. Keeping up with the same exact diet and exercise routine, and the ONLY change being taking hydroxycut hardcore, I have lost 10-11 lbs each of the last two months. Due to my adherence to a strict, consistent diet, It is MY experience that hydroxycut hardcore has helped me lose 50% more weight than diet and exercise alone. At the cheaper price available on Amazon.com, I would recommend anybody struggling with weight loss or looking for a weight-loss accelerator, to try it.

Obviously the healthiest way to lose weight is with diet and exercise alone, but I have been struggling with my weight at college and wanted to shape-up for a cruise I am going on this summer. I started taking 1 pill 2x a day, then 2 pills 2x a day, and then 3 pills 2x a day as directed on the bottle. I take them first thing in the morning with breakfast, and again with lunch. For the first week or so, I had difficulty sleeping which is a common side effect. However, I found that I had more energy throughout the day while taking hydroxycut, so it was just a minor annoyance waking up; it did not affect my functionality during the day, and after a few weeks I was able to sleep normally.

The other side effect I noticed was that I was hungry nearly all of the time. I had cut down my caloric intake to 1800-2000 calories per day for my diet to begin with, but I noticed my metabolism was higher while on hydroxycut. For me it wasn't unbearable by any means, and I feel much better feeling slightly hungry all day than slightly full.

A word of CAUTION: Drink PLENTY of water while taking hydroxycut, or any other supplement, including basic protein. Keep in mind that hydroxycut does contain the same amount of caffeine that is in 4 average cups of coffee, and caffeine IS addictive. I would certainly not recommend taking any additional caffeine into your body such as coffee, soda, and certainly not energy drinks. You won't need them with the caffeine in hydroxycut, and in my non-professional opinion it could be dangerous, especially if you do this for any duration. I experienced some mild headaches when I stopped taking hydroxycut, which may or may not have been caused from caffeine withdrawal, or something else pertaining to the ingredients. They went away with drinking some water and taking a little advil. I will not take hydroxycut for more than two months, because I don't want to become dependant on the high amounts of caffeine in it.

Hopefully this review helps for those of you who took the time to read it. I recommend trying this product as a supplement to a healthy diet and exercise, and certainly recommend using hydroxycut as directed, and stopping immediately if you have negative side effects.

Summary: Not what I expected.
Comment: I have taken Hydroxycut Hardcore before and noticed the effects on it right away. ex. a lot of energy when working out.
When I take this Hydroxycut Hardcore I don't notice any sord of reaction when I'm working out. I looked at the expiration date thinking that it could be expired but it wasn't. So I really don't know why it's not working like others, but I'm not happy with it at all.

Comment: I've never had a visible "six-pack" before until I tried hydroxycut hardcore. I'm not even halfway through the bottle and the small layer of fat over my abs is nearly gone. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone trying get an extra boost in fat reduction.

Summary: Worked for me but I don't think it would for everyone.
Comment: I have used this stuff for awhile now and I really feel it works. I know that everyone's body is different and mine seems to work well with this product. My appitite goes down energy goes up and my workout seem more productive. I can understand the headache issue because I got them when ever my water intake lowered. As soon as I began to drink more water the headaches went away. The only thing I would warn people is that you do really need to begin taking one pill and working up to the three... I'm pretty sure my heart would have torn out of my chest had I taken all three when I began. Good luck and rememeber it's not for everyone.

Comment: After reading all the pros & cons I took the plunge and tried it. I followed the directions precisely and it worked as advertised. There is some getting used to at first, but you will lose weight. I just ordered a 2nd bottle. I'm a believer.
