Summary: "New and Improved" - It's NOT!!!
Comment: I have used Rembrandt for Canker Sore suffers for 12+ years...told friends about it - raved about how it saved me from my canker sores!! Now that they've changed it to "Extra Gentle", my mouth is littered with canker sores again. OralB will swear that they haven't changed anything - but I find it very coincidental that for 12 years, this product has helped me - and on the FIRST tube...a canker sore every week! I'm not even 1/2 way through the tube - and this $7.00 purchase is going in the garbage. They have lost a 12+ year customer - I will go searching for something else. Really too bad companies can't sick with a good thing when they have it.

Comment: This is the only toothpaste that my wife will use. Personally I think that it tastes bad, but she doesn't seem to mind. She is very happy with it and has tried a lot of other "sensitive" toothpaste brands and keeps coming back to Rembrandt.

Summary: For Canker Sores!
Comment: I have had canker sores constantly since I was a baby - and this toothpaste is the only product I've tried that has helped stop about 90% of them. There is some ingredient that is specifically taken out of this paste for sensitive gums and it helps eliminate canker sores as well. I would recommend this toothpaste to anyone who frequently gets canker sores!
