Comment: I found this product by accident 4-5 years ago while searching for something to help my daughter. I have since passed them on to several people who also suffer migraines. Everyone says they work great. One young friend says they especially help her when she must drive when she has a migraine and cannot take her Rx. Wearing the patch reduces the pain enough that she can function. My daughter cautions people not to remove the patch too quickly when you feel relief. She has found that sometime the pain has not gone. The only complaint from anyone is that the patch can only be found online.

Comment: I bought this product with skepticism that there was no way it could possibly keep cool for 6+ hours. Yesterday I tried it out for the first time and it did keep cool for 5+ hours, at which time I removed it from my head.

I get headaches where the patch wasn't made to be put, so I use a baseball cap to keep it in place and that works just fine. It feels good to have coolness over the area of my head that radiates pain.

Summary: when a migraine is in its beginning stages...
Comment: I get terrible sinus and stress migraines in the temple area. I do get an aura, and I do get a "warning" prelude to a migraine where it stays confined to that zone of my face before becoming a full-blown migraine requiring prescription drugs or injections. I used to rely on things that didn't work, like frozen peas or ziplock bags of ice wrapped in towels until about four or five years ago I found these things and have been in love since. Since they stick to my forehead I can doze off without having to worry about waking up a mess. I keep a stockpile of these under my bathroom sink.

Summary: Cool down fast
Comment: I put these on the back of my neck when the office gets too hot but I'm the only one feeling it. It cools me down right away, and stays attached about 6 hours. Couldn't ask for a better way to cool off without freezing out everyone else.

Comment: These don't exactly take my headache away, but do offer comfort. I only wear them when my head hurts right on the forehead, where this is applied. I doubt it would offer any comfort for a headache in another region of the head.
