I got a really bad case of chigger bites about a week ago, and they itch like crap. I went to Wal-mart to try to find a good itch relief product, and I've finally found one that works great. First, I tried using Equate hydrocortisone cream; it barely helped at all. Second, I tried using Aveeno Calamine anti-itch cream; it also barely helped.

Finally, I picked up a bottle of this Caladryl Clear lotion. I've heard Caladryl works well, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it in a clear formula, so my friends didn't start questioning my manhood with all the pink. On first usage, I immediately noticed that the itch was gone after application. The lotion goes on completely clear and dries pretty quickly. It is a bit runny, so don't apply too much, or it will run off. It normally lasts around 2-3 hours or so, give or take. But wow...it's four days later, and I can finally sleep at night, thanks to Caladryl Clear!
