Summary: bouncy boat ride
Comment: I used this product recently on a very bouncy hour long boat ride to one of the California Channel Islands. I sat on the upper level of the boat where the motion was more pronounced. By continually staring at the horizon behind the boat and firmly pressing the acupressure points on the bands - first on one wrist and then on the other - I just managed to not get queasy. Since I don't know how I would have reacted without the bands it is difficult to be exact with a rating, but I am prone to motion sickness.
