Summary: Stay asleep!
Comment: Here was the problem. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because my nasal passages would collapse when my head was turned sideways. Not a good thing if you want a good night's rest.

I tried the tan version first. Horrible. I had a red welt across the bridge of my nose in two days where the adhesive ripped my skin off, even after trying to loosen them up in the shower.

I went to the clear strips which have lower adhesive properties. Perfect, I now sleep through the night, and I can remove them in the morning without removing flesh.
