Comment: I'm not sure so don't quote me on it but, I believe that amazon diluted this product prior to shipment because, the consistency & effectiveness was not as good as buying from a salon. But! I am not making any claims... this is just a suspicion. But, I will say other than the mentioned above this product is great but, if you want something better & maybe a little more expensive, I say go w/Biolage.
