Comment: This product is nothing short of amazing! These are awesome. My sis' and I lost weight fast with these! Not only that I am more regular than I've EVER been in my life. I also grind up organic flax seeds in my coffee grinder and sprinkle them over every meal I eat. Gives it a very pleasing flavor and aroma. Usually I don't use supplements ~ too expensive ~ also it's best to get nutrients from our healthy foods. But, I recommend these!
