Comment: Please remember (I do not always listen to myself), watch what you eat, limit fats and sugars and move your body. Those things work, this pill does not. I also experienced some stomach pain.

Comment: I must preface by saying that I believe in good old-fashioned exercise and a healthy diet to maintain and/or lose weight. I have been on a low-carb diet for more than a couple years now, so I am very aware of how refined carbs affect my body. I usually give myself a cheat day or two during the week.

Now with some events coming up, I feel I must accelerate my weight loss without sacrificing my cheat days. I do not believe in deprivation! So, I did some research for something that will help me achieve my goal without chemicals and stimulants. When I came across this carb blocker, I was hesitant and skeptical. They just sounded too good to be true. I have to admit, though, the price tag was a major draw. I figured if this stuff doesn't work, then I wouldn't have thrown away good money for it.

It has only been a week and I must say I am impressed with these gels. Although I have lost a couple of pounds, the amazing thing is that I did not gain. I was willing to play guinea pig and allowed myself unlimited carbs for several days. Despite my workouts, I really should have gained. I could not believe it. In addition, I did not suffer any of the symptoms I normally get from my cheat days. (I.e. congestion, headaches, bloat) Like another commenter put it, most of the carbs don't get digested. They're processed as fiber. So, naturally, you're more regular. Altogether, I like this product. It definitely is not a magic pill. You must incorporate exercise and a balanced diet to be fit and healthy. But, when you really crave some starchy food, this carb blocker is your friend. I plan on continuing with these since I have four boxes to use up! I definitely recommend this product.

Comment: I have been using this item over a year, it does help keep carbs at a lower level in the body, along with diet and excerise. Being a diabetic I use all the help I can get. Be sure to check with your doctor 1st to be sure it will not effect your medication. I do recommend this product.

Comment: Lasts about an hour; turns 2/3rds to 3/4ths of all consumed starch into fiber, effectively. For a weight loss plan to go with this, I recommend a book: The Starch Blocker Diet.

Of all 'starch blockers', gel-caps are easiest to swallow, and may work faster.
