Summary: Didn't work for me
Comment: I think it helps one to get to sleep, but that wasn't my problem, mine was staying asleep for more than 2-4 hours. Even taking 2 more tablets upon waking was not effective for me. I think the Boiron for stress helps equally for initiating sleep. I've tried melatonin, valarian root, benedryl, sleepy time tea, etc. and all aid in getting one to sleep but not maintaining sleep.Any suggestions??
