Comment: I used this toner and think it's the best (I used Kiehl's, Biotherm, Orlane, EL, etc before)it's inexpensive and acts well, never get allergy to it and you can use it as hydra mist. The package from Amazon is amazing packed well and shipped on time. Also it's cheaper than Walmart, Target and Drugstores!

Comment: It's difficult to find a toner that won't irritate your skin. Nivea Visage Moisturizing Toner is a good toner for a bargain price. It is worth trying even if you have oily skin. It's mostly water, a humectant (glycerin), emollients and moisturizers. I've used better toners, but they cost a lot more - this is a better deal. It does not leave my skin feeling greasy. It has a pleasant fragrance, but it would be even better without it. It would make a nice aftershave for men if it was fragrance-free.
