Summary: Good flaxseed oil in capsules
Comment: After taking this flaxseed oil supplement for three months, my dry eye problem is gone. Before that, I used to put drops into both eyes every half an hour. Originally, my eye doctor recommanded flaxseed/fish oil blend in one capsules made by Thera Tears, but he didn't know that I am vegetarian and could no longer stand the fish smell. What is the point of not killing the fish for food, but kill it for the oil? So this product provides a great supplement of oil for tear ducts, stops the dry eye problem, and does not harm any creature. On the bottle, it also states No Artificial Colors; No Artificial Flavors, No Preservatives; No Chemical Solvents, Yeast, Starch or Gluten.

Comment: I recently started taking these softgel flaxseed supplements. I purchased 225 Premium Softgels at Costco for 12.99. The pricing on Amazon + shipping hardly makes it worth your while. It really does pay to shop around.

Summary: Good price, good quality
Comment: There are two supplements that I take on a regular basis; a quality,high-potentcy multi-vitamin, and flaxseed oil. I believe that Omega 3 and 6 are essential for many body processes and that most American diets are deficient in these oils.

These seem to be a good value for flaxseed oil, and since it's something taken on a daily basis, you need to find an economical source.
