Summary: Literally, what the doctor ordered
Comment: We recently went to a skin cancer screening and the active ingredient in this product was on the recommended list. The "age shield" part certainly appeals to me! It is not unpleasant to apply and not greasy, so I'll keep using the stuff.

Summary: Beads up!
Comment: This is probably a great sunblock, but I've noticed it beads up into clumps when I try to put on the amount which is required for protection. I will try the dry sunblock and see if that makes a difference.

Summary: Greasy....
Comment: I appreciate the price and the UVA protection, but it's pretty greasy. It leaves a sticky shine on my face that does not wear well under my powder foundation. I also think it may be causing small breakouts on my extremely oily, acne-prone skin. I also wish Neutrogena provided some indication of the level of UVA protection, as the European sunscreens do. While the price is excellent compared to sunscreens such as La Roche's Anthelios, because I don't know just how wrinkle-protective this sunscreen is, I may continue to fork out good money for the European brands.

Summary: Good stuff
Comment: Easy to apply, with a good consistency (not too greasy, not too thick, etc.). Worked quite well at screening out the Jamaican sun -- I burn very easily and managed to survive this trip without issue! One bottle was left out in direct sun for too long and separated some; the sunblocking properties did not seem to be affected. The other bottle (not left in the sun) is just like new.

Summary: Great sunscreen
Comment: This sunscreen applies easily and works very well. I used it this summer in a variety of conditions -- running, surfing, swimming, tennis -- and was very pleased with its performance. I'm fair skinned, burn easily without sunscreen, and did not get burned at all when using this product. I found it to be sweat and water-resistant, and its SPF rating is reliable. It was a little shiny when I used it on my face; that's my only complaint and it's a minor one. This really is an outstanding sunscreen.
