Comment: My little boy apparently doesn't like dolls. When we first showed it to him, he wanted it put back in the box. We ended up to potty training the old fashion way.

Summary: I used it for my 3 year olds potty party, it worked!
Comment: My son has never taken any interest in dolls, so I wasn't sure he would buy into it. But he loved it. It's been a week since his party and he's completely potty trained, and still plays with the doll.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because if you put the legs in the sitting position and then squeeze one leg it is supposed to "pee". However, my doll will start to leak in the sitting position without squeezing the leg. And it's kind of difficult to "feed", I was never sure how much was enough.

Summary: Fantastic product!! It really does work!
Comment: We just used this method to teach our son (2yrs, 8 mos) to use the potty. We love this product/method and highly recommend it! The book gave us some very helpful information about how to tell when your child is ready with social, emotional, physical and cognitive indicators. The author also explains the child development principles for why this method works. The 1 Day Method builds on the concepts that we learn best by example, that we learn when we "teach" others and that potty training principles naturally work with rewards and consequences. With this method, our son learned how to use the potty in one weekend. He feels very proud of himself and we are ecstatic, too! This is a fantastic product/method....truly a must-have for every parent!

Summary: Trained in one day!!!
Comment: I can't say how wonderful it is to have my son potty trained! This doll really works. I followed the instructions in the book, and by the end of day one, he was going in the potty no problem. Day two he had one accident, but after that, nothing. I chose this doll over a different style because it looks like a little boy and not a baby, and I am very glad I did. Amazing product!

Summary: It really works!
Comment: I trained my son using this method when he was 2 years, 2 months. (My mom used a similar method with me in 1977 and recommended it) It worked really really well! He took a bit longer to learn to go poopoo at first, until I realized that HE thought he was "making messies" if he went in the toilet. I solved this by taking him around the house and showing him that the dishes go in the cupboard, clothes in the closet, toys in the toy box and poopoo in the toilet. He totally got it after that.
He only had a couple accidents that I recall. I reminded him to go pee pee quite a lot at first, which I believed helped. I stopped all liquid drinking an hour to and hour 1/2 before bedtime and had him pee right before bed and right after getting up.
I would highly recommend this prodect to everyone who's ready to potty train. :)
