Summary: product good - shipping bad
Comment: The product was as ordered, and I am pleased.
The shipper however added on their own service charges, which were unreasonably exorbitant.
Having ordered from Canada, I expected the taxes due to be collected, however the brokerage fee, for an item that satisfies NAFTA, was just ridiculous. It is obviously a cash grab for the shipper, that is unfair to the consumer because the amount charged is not reasonable.
