Comment: So far so good with Hydroxycut. I noticed increased energy and reduced appetite with 2 pills. I haven't had any side effects with jitters, nausea, or irritability. That said, I drink A LOT of coffee so maybe that's why the pills haven't had that kind of effect on me. I have however been sweating a little bit more than usual; nothing crazy. Be careful with taking hydroxycut near bedtime. It WILL keep you up all night if you take it within 8 hours of bedtime. The bottle says not to take it within 5 hours of bedtime. From experience, you need more of a cushion than 5 hours.

Hydroxycut alone won't make you lose weight. But it will give you the energy to get through more intense workouts and it will suppress your appetite enough to give you the discipline to stick to a healthy diet. Hydroxycut can make a big difference in your results if you are able to work with the product.

Comment: I am young and healthy, minus some extra pounds. I used to take the old Xenadrine Formula with ephedra and lost a lot of weight. Years later, I gained some more and decided to try this based on good reviews.

I regret it tremendously...

They made my heart vibrate. I mean literally, it buzzed a few times a day. And that was only one pill twice a day. Now that I have not been taking them... It's been weeks, I still have humming sensations in my chest. I have never experienced anything like it and now I'm regretting trying this pill.

I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. I didn't have any ill effects with older formulas like Xenadrine and supossedly, Ephedra was so bad for you that it was banned. Please! Someone needs to crack one of these pills open under a scope and check it out because this stuff might be worse.

Summary: FINALLY SOMETHING THAT WORKS!!!!!!
Comment: i FINALLY found something that works!! after trying every diet pill, calorie counting diet... this stuff acually worked for me!! trying for months to get off this excess baby weight from my pregnancy, i was told to take this stuff.... in 2 weeks i went from 218 to 205 and dropped 2 pant sizes. now after a month im just below the 200lb mark and down from a size 20 pants to a size 16. this stuff is amazing.

Comment: This stuff does not work! It does not even give you an energy boost or help your workout in anyway.

On the plus side you have no side effects.

On the negative side, you have no effects whatsover except a hole in your wallet where your money once was.

Seriously folks, this stuff is a waste.
