Summary: just the best seasoning in my opinion!
Comment: I love this seasoning and our local stores stopped carrying it. I am thrilled to be able to buy it cheaper and in bulk from Amazon! Use it for all meats and my family loves the flavor. Tried regular taco and the chicken fajita seasonings but this is the best one of all.

Comment: We use this seasoning for everything, not just chicken fajitas: ground turkey taco meat, burrito filling, meat for quesadillas...really, really quick and easy. Not to strong, but not too mild.

Summary: Best fajitas you can get!!!
Comment: This is great stuff. Fry beef fajitas in light oil and seasoning and then let the meat slow cook in its own juices till all the water evaporates and the fajitas are actually slighlty burnt and crispy. Saute onions and bell peppers and add to the meat. That's it! make your own fajita quesadillas with it too! I don't miss fajita quesadillas from Chillis anymore!
