The Essential Oils blended in this lotion have traditionally been used to relieve symptoms of arthritic and rheumatic pain, fibromyalgia, muscle cramps, aching and fatigued muscles, sports injuries, bone and joint pain, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, and inflammation. This lotion is energetic, mentally stimulating, and very analgesic. This is the second lotion I made. I was having so much relief from the Muscle Relief lotion for myself, I asked my husband where he hurt the most - maybe I could make something that would help his osteoarthritis and "General Contractor" aches and pains. He said, "Well, I hurt everywhere, what can you do about that???" I chose essential oils that traditionally help with inflammation and pain. This is still his favorite. This lotion is also good to use if you are hurting but need to be "up and around". It is quite peppy and could energize you enough to finish your day!
