The Essential Oils blended in this lotion have traditionally been used to relieve symptoms of inflammation and stiffness due to such things as arthritis, rheumatism, fibromyalgia, injuries, and over exertion, as well as muscle pain due to spasms and fatigue. Apply to affected areas as often as needed. This lotion is very calming - like drinking Chamomile tea! I made this lotion to be a relaxing alternate for the "It Hurts Everywhere" Relief lotion. The "Hurts..." lotion seemed too energetic for bedtime or for when you just plain want to relax!So, I used essential oils that traditionally address inflammation, pain, and muscle tension but I chose eo's that are much more calming and relaxing. I also added some that might help with relieving stiffness in the joints by pulling out excess fluid that sometimes collects around inflamed tissue. I have lots of customers tell me that, for them, this is the most analgesic lotion of all. Both John and I like it best for stiffness in the hands first thing in the morning. My best friend, Virginia Causey, swears that Inflammation Relief is part of the reason she is still walking. She has arthritis in her hip. This lotion relieves her pain enough so that she does still walk and get around (with more ease and less pain), which helps her circulation and mobility, as well as lifting her spirits! It smells awesome.

Summary: Pain Relief - Feels so Good!
Comment: I have had pain ever since wrist surgery in May 2008. Just by chance my daughter and I visited O'Malley & Potter store at Bothell Country Village.
After asking about the many products available I selected Inflammation Relief to try. Within just a few minutes of rubbing the lotion in and around my whole wrist the pain was greatly diminished. I use the lotion several times a day and highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to try something more natural, smells wonderful and works incredibly! I bought a bottle for my mother who uses it on her painful joints and for her Fibromyalgia. She has also had impressive relief from her symptoms and is planning on ordering several other products made by O'Malley and Potter.
Definitely worth it!!
