Comment: The solar charger gets minimal sun, yet, will illuminate for at least six hours. The light output marks my driveway well. Setup was easy.

The batteries are terrible. 2 good, 1 bad. I always use my own tested batteries in any new solar system. I then test the provided batteries. I've found the poor batteries seem to be common among most of the solar lighting manufacturers.

Comment: I love the looks of my Malibu Outdoor Four-Light Solar Powered Walk Lights but I have too many trees for it to work effectively. The power
line is not long enough to reach to a sunny area to keep the solar panel charged. I wish that I would have gotten an automatic electic-powered kit...if there is such a thing.

Summary: company stands by warranty
Comment: We bought this exact set of Malibu lights in March of 2006. They have a 2 year warranty. In April of 2007 they quit working for no apparent reason. We did try new batteries to no avail. We called the company (Intermatic Incorporated) for instructions on availing ourselves of the warranty and they were great. They simply asked if we had tried new batteries and once they knew that hadn't worked arranged to replace the defective solar panel immediately. It's nice to find a company that stands by their product without any hassles.

Comment: Very bright and lasts an easy 10 hours in summer. The 20' wires were a little short for my needs. Easy to add a little. Fits on 3/4" copper tubing if you need more height.
