Comment: This product WORKS. However, I want to point out that for me it didn't "tingle" like other reviewers have said, it HURT A LOT. But the good news is that you get used to it really quickly, and after the first few days of using it I barely feel it and it doesn't hurt anymore. If you use it and it hurts, just power through it because it will get better.
After only a few days of using this product in the mornings and evenings my lips are plumper throughout the day. I will definitely keep purchasing this product, and you should try it.

Summary: Better, but still not "great"
Comment: Lip Injection seems to work a TINY bit better than other brands I've tried, such as City Lips, Lip Venom and Freeze 24/7 PlumpLips, but nothing spectacular. It lasts a few hours longer than other brands do. The downside is that it does make the skin around your lips a bit red so have some lip liner on hand when you're using it. I've included some before & after pictures in the product description.

Summary: I loooove this stuff!
Comment: I got the sample from Sephora and fell in love with it right away. My lips got so red and so plump, especially the top lip and oh, I rushed to Sephora to buy the bottle. I am a fan of Lip Venom 2nd sin, but I admit this one is the better of the two, BUT, I love lip venom 2nd sin and I put it on after the tingling from lip injection extreme has stopped. I love the way this product smells and I love the burning sensation.

Summary: Best I've found so far
Comment: I've tried lip plumpers from Mary-Kate & Ashley, Sally Hansen, Clinique and Lorac... Too Faced has by far the best product out of all of those...

It tingled only slightly for about 2 minutes, surely did not sting... it was slick going on (not sticky) and has a nice light smell... and at the end of those 2 minutes my lips were noticeably plumper and definitely redder. I was shocked...I did *not* expect that much of an effect. I am more than satisfied... If you want plumper, naturally red lips- it's worth the $18 by far.

Summary: Better than Lip Venom
Comment: I've been using it for a few weeks, and I can see a difference in my lips. I have really thin lips (especially my top lip) and since using this, they have both filled out a little more. I don't use it every morning and night, but pretty close too it. At first I hated the smell, but I liked the burn so I kept using the sample I received from Sephora. Then I bought the kit. Now, the burn doesn't bother me at all. I will buy this again. I'll probably try to buy it in the kit again because I like using the regular lip injection during the day, and the kit is a good deal.
