Comment: I take it in combination with No-Xplode and Syntha-6. And I feel strong. I am getting bigger, stronger, leaner. And it is good to stay lean in the muscle building phase it means you dont have too much maintaining to do in the cut-up phase. I have the phases because of the cycles BSN recommends and I love BSN because they give you what they said on the bottle. But to stay with the point. I have more muscle and I am stronger and it gives me the beast inside to take it to the next level. And once you have that you have it.
