Customer Rating: Summary: Cappuccino coolers are cool Comment: These coffee's are my favorite. Hard to come by these days, but worth the order! Customer Rating: Summary: GFIC ICED VANILLA CAPPUCINO Comment: I love this coffee. I have been drinking it for a number of years. I bought it on Amazon when my local store stopped selling it. I was actually less expensive on Amazon. You just mix the powder with 1 cup of milk. I prefer it in a mug from the freezer so it is ice cold. I is also great blended with 1/2c milk and ice. Customer Rating: Summary: yUM yUM Comment: This product is very addictive. I like to put it in my skim milk in the morning. It may be a bit of an acquired taste at first, but of all of the flavors, I strongly recommend the French vanilla. Customer Rating: Summary: driving right past starbucks now! Comment: okay, these are not quite like a starbucks frappachino. they don't cost anywhere near $5.00 for a 24-ounce cup!
flavorwise, you can make them as plain or as dessert-like as you wish. one stick made with just ice and water will be granita-like, sort of just a coffee/latte slush. made with ice and milk, it is richer and creamier. but with a little more creativity, you can make it taste just like a frappachino, except not so airy -- this is a real drink, not a bunch of over-priced air bubbles. for a milkshake, make it with ice cream and milk.
i get creative each day and add a little chocolate syrup, plus a shot of some other flavoring such as hazelnut or crumbled oreos or whatever. hint: girl scout mint cookies are a truly great addition to the basic french vanilla flavor.
you may enjoy them just as per package directions, but really, the drinks you can create are as thick and satisfying as you wish to make them! i stick with just ice and water, rather than milk, so that i can add any additional flavors i choose without running up the calorie/fat count.
best of all, even after i spruce them up with whatever suits me each day, i figure they cost less than $1.00 per 24-ounce cup.
no grocery store in the seattle area seems to carry these, so please, amazon, keep them in stock!! Customer Rating: Summary: How to Drink Milk Comment: I love this stuff and drink it before a workout so I can my milk and some extra calcium.
