Comment: I was very happy with this product. It tastes reasonably good and is very nutritious--useful as a weight-loss/weight-maintenance aid. I consider it good to keep on hand for emergency use, as well. (It has no special storage requirements; takes up very little space).

Comment: These are so delicious I look forward to eating them! I crave them! I always find snack bars too sweet and too salty, but these are just right! I was so surprised to find out out how good they are that I had to write this review.

Comment: For anyone who already has at least a passing interest in granola bars, these things are freakin' delicious. The chocolate doesn't have the same weird aftertaste as the Slimfast shakes (which are okay, but not great) and a bar really does get you through a few hours without thinking about giant plates of food. I find that if I eat one for breakfast and one for lunch, and supplement with little snacks (a handful of carrots or "pretend" food like a popsicle) I have no hunger issues and I feel satisfied and ready to go about my business. I wouldn't recommend them as your only caloric intake between morning and dinner, because they are very light on calories and are not a balanced diet by themselves, so add some other healthy foods into the mix too.

As for the weight loss aspect, I have only been eating these for about a week so I can't testify to any dramatic results, but I do *feel* better. Eating all the foods I prefer whenever I wanted used to leave me in a constant food coma, and these bars don't do that. If anything, they increase my energy instead of making me want to nap. I also like the high protein aspect because I'm trying to tone up in addition to lose weight, and these are ideal for that.

Overall, I highly recommend these to anyone looking to get or stay healthy, people who love chocolate and can't deal with a no-chocolate diet, and anyone who finds him/herself defaulting to fast food out of convenience (carry a bar with you!). These things are really, really tasty and are sure to help keep me on my weight loss plan.
