Comment: Dove conditioner is fine, as is the shampoo.

Amazon's subscription service has me tearing my hair out. I ordered a 6-pack of Dove shampoo and of Dove conditioner to be sent every six months. These were sent Oct 2 and again Oct 11. I called, argued, and was sent a free shipping label to return the prematurely sent second shipment. Received an email that returned product was not deficient, so I had to pay return shipping of $11.51. I went to help (refunds & returns), explained the situation and was assured shipping would be refunded. Refund for product came, refund for shipping did not. Went to help (refunds & returns) to explain that shipping should be refunded. Finally received an email that refund of $11.00 -- not $11.51 -- had been made. Furthermore, Amazon does not allow you to automatically send yourself a copy of emails submitted to them so tracking all this takes more time than the subscription service is worth.

Worse, I ordered Benecol chews to be delivered monthly. They were sent Sept 7 and haven't been sent again (it's now early November), although I receive at least weekly an email suggesting that I approve the delay, which I do.

Amazon's subscription service is not yet ready for prime time.
