Comment: Ever since I first tasted the wonders of rose candy, I was hooked. But it was most difficult for me to find. This rose candy isn't like the kind I had first tried, but is very lovely none the less! The outside is deliciously rosey, but the center has a strong anise flavor. I do believe there is even aniseed in the very middle. But that's just fine with me, it's delicious.
