Comment: I don't think people are aware of the actual use of this product. I'm am not a reflexologist but I do know a thing or two about products such as this one. Cobblestone mats (also known as reflexology paths) are used to help improve one's health by applying pressure to certain points on your feet (which the ancient chinese believe that your feet have pressure points that are linked to your entire body). If this is your first time trying something like this, IT IS SUPPOSED TO HURT. The more you use this product, the less painful it will be because your feet will be acustomed to it.

If you think this mat is supposed to massage your feet for a relaxing spa like feel, then please look elsewhere. If you read the description of the product, it does say it's supposed to give your feet a soothing effect, that is true. But if you read the description CAREFULLY, it also says that this will be painful for first time users (near the beginning and at the end of the description).

If you really want to try this mat out but can't endure much pain, I suggest wearing a pair of thick padded socks (like ski socks) or just wear 2-3 pairs of regular everday socks to start, then gradually shed a layer of sock and work your way to bare feet.

Comment: This is the most useless and horrendous product on the market! It consists of little toy plastic nodules that protrude from a plastic mat that HURT YOUR FEET! You absolutely cannot stand to walk on them! I could not get it sent back fast enough!
