Summary: Os Cal Calcium Caplets
Comment: This calcium tablet is great for giving me the extra calcium that my doctor recommended for me. The only thing I don't like about it is the large caplet size. I take it with my other vitamins after eating my breakfast. I've also taken it without food without any problems.
