Comment: When you start taking this, you begin with one pill two times a day and build up to 3 pills two times a day so that you can rate your own tolerance. At first these made me feel very energized and peppy, but after two weeks I do not feel that way. I think I have built up a tolerance for even 3 pills 2 times a day. These pills do seem to provide results, but lately I have been getting headaches after taking the first 3 in the morning, but that could be because I also drink coffee in the morning and the warning label says to not consume any other type of caffeine. But I love my coffee.

So I think I have built up tolerance and I no longer feel so good when I take these. The results it provides are not worth the instability of my mood and the headaches. But otherwise it lives up to its guarantee. It just depends on how badly you want to lose the fat to see the muscle beneath.
