Summary: It works but I still prefer by pillow.
Comment: As a recovered back surgery patient, this product works well between the legs for comfort if you sleep with both legs in the same posistion. But I tend to be all over the place so I still prefer a regular pillow to keep me aligned.

Comment: This pillow was much smaller than I expected but the placement of it right at the knee or above is great for sleeping and for comfort on my spine and legs. I had hip surgery about 8 months ago and need this extra lift.

Comment: I was disappointed in the memory Foam Leg Pillow! It is made out of just regular foam; NOT memory foam. The price should have been half of what it was since it was NOT made out of memory foam.

Comment: No real support. Very flimsy construction. I would not buy again. If it offered ANY SUPPORT AT ALL, it would have been useful, but this thing is just too cheap and flimsy to be of much use to anyone.
