Summary: Joke.
Comment: After having a baby, nothing is going to "stay" inplace. Unless you are one of the few lucky ones that stretch "nicely" and does NOT tear at all, not even a first degree (which can not heal unless properly stiched -unfortunately few doctors care and do stitch that). Again if you are lucky and do not tear at all then you dont even need this. But for most, the trauma that occurs down there will never be anything like before. Spare yourself trying this helpless tactic to recover if you have not yet given birth opt for a c-section or have specific detail discussions with your obgyn regarding stitching, even a "insignificant" first degree tear. FYI, its the truth and dont let your doctor down play this fact.
