With the scent of a bouquet of newly cut roses,mixed with other lighter fragances, it's powerful, yet not over-powering. As a fragrance it is long lasting and you won't want or need any other added scents with this one.

The lotion, as you might expect from Elizabeth Arden is luxuriant. A little goes along way. As a moisturizer, it absorbs into the skin, softens and works well, but doesn't last all day(or night).
