Customer Reviews:
Customer Rating: Summary: Only B12 I use Comment: Due to extensive surgery I must use a B12 supplement. I got tired of going in for a jab in the rear every month and did some research on the different forms of B12. This is the readily utilized form and works very well for me. Sublingual absorption is not really that efficient for large molecules like this so I go with the 5000mcg. For suplementation in an otherwise healthy person the 1000mcg would probably do just fine. The tablets are rather large for sublinguals and leave a good deal of pink goop in your mouth, but they taste good.
