Comment: LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! This is the first product I have used which has allowed me to not only loose weight, but also loose inches. It is one thing to see the numbers on the scale going down, but it is another to look at yourself from week to week and see your shape returning.

If you have problems with products containing stimulants, you will probably want to avoid this product. I have found only one capsule per day is needed for my energy level to maintain throughout the day and still be able to sleep at night. I do not take this product past noon due to the high level of stimulants it contains. My best recommendation would be to know your body 100% before using.

Comment: All these capsules do is make you a nervous wreck. I did not lose one pound, even though I was also trying to eat sensibly while taking the pills. Don't waste your money!
